SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once you have placed your order and it is completed, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier website to track your order.

Local orders will receive a phone call or a text for a notification that the order is ready for pick up.

What are your delivery options?
Local pick up, porch pick up or shipping. I usually use the most economical shipping method. If you have a preferred method, please contact me.

 

 

 

What is your return policy?
As all of my orders are custom, all sales are final,no refunds or exchanges accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me.
 Can I change some elements on a custom design?
Absolutely! Just contact me and we can discuss your options!

 

Do you provide International delivery?
Currently I only ship to the continental United States.
